We provide assessments and therapy for individuals with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and sensory processing differences.

1. Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
What is an FCA?
A Functional Capacity Assessment is a detailed OT assessment that identifies an individual’s strengths, challenges, and support needs. It is often used for NDIS planning and reviews to help clients and families make informed decisions and plan for meaningful outcomes.
An FCA can help to:
-
clarify support needs and priorities
-
guide NDIS funding decisions and plan use
-
support life transitions (e.g., starting school, moving to high school, increased independence)
-
recommend therapy supports, equipment, and capacity-building strategies
What the FCA may include:
-
standardised assessments and clinical observations
-
review of daily living skills, participation, mobility, and cognitive functioning
-
a written report with clear recommendations and practical next steps
FCA funding is commonly available through the NDIS. Fees vary depending on complexity and reporting requirements.

2. Initial OT Assessment
Before starting therapy, we complete an Initial OT Assessment to:
-
understand strengths, needs, goals, and daily routines
-
gather information through interviews, observations, and appropriate assessment tools
-
develop a tailored therapy plan with clear, achievable goals
This assessment forms the foundation for effective ongoing support.

3. Ongoing OT Sessions
Following assessment, ongoing OT sessions may focus on:
-
evidence-based interventions matched to individual goals
-
practical skill-building for daily living and independence
-
sensory and emotional regulation strategies
-
motor coordination, executive functioning, and participation support
Therapy is reviewed regularly and adjusted based on progress.
Counselling

Counselling provides a safe, professional space to discuss emotions, process challenges, and develop strategies for mental and emotional well-being. Our therapists use evidence-based techniques to support individuals facing stress, trauma, anxiety, and other personal challenges.

-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Helps change negative thought patterns
